I was a bit concerned about what I paid for this rod.But after
mounting a reel onto it and seeing how it felt, and casted,I was
totally satisfied with the purchase. As a bait casting surf rod,its in a class of its own.
I also purchased the weight system for this rod.I would have
preferred some instructions with it,but there were none.I put
one after the other until it felt right to me.I am not sure if this was the proper procedure or not.I am still very happy with it.

This Shimano casting rod has lots of backbone and it casts like you wouldn't believe ! Shimano's products are the best around that why you'll pay more but lifetime warranty on it. I went all out and put a Shimano Calcutta 401 on the rod and what a combination! Fantastic casting ability and I would recommend this rod to anyone. It looks great too. I already had many compliments on the rod. Thanks again Shimano,.

I was never fan of Shimano rod always like their great reels but Tiralejo blow my mind .rod have all the future I was looking for first adjustable reel seat b/c every body are not the same height. I can adjust my reel seat where I feel comfortable and rode is extremely strong and not too light and not too heavy just perfect and have enough power can able to handle any kind of fishing perfect back bone medium heavy tip TRC110MH2 I can throw 6oz sinker plus bunker head with no problem, guide are super strong and warrantee is life time .I own G.loomic , St. Croix and Lamiglas but never was totally satisfy until I bought shimano tiralejo with this rod and abu Garcia 6500 cast like county miles. Currently own 3 of them TRC110MH2 and just love them worth every penny and thanks to shimano.
